Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

The Perfect Stay!

This place is perfect!!! The most perfect location! There is not a thing we would change. We normally stay in our go to hotels down in the center of King Street, but will be booking here for now on!

Quaint & charming in a historic neighborhood

My husband and two older high school sons stayed here and loved it. It’s been beautifully renovated and in a charming little neighborhood. Walkable to so many things. We truly enjoyed our stay here while on a college visit. We will def look into staying here again when we come back. Definitely look into booking this adorable little place.

Great little house (with parking) in Charleston

We were only passing through, but having a place downtown made it easy to enjoy the time we had. Nice three bedroom house with private parking for two vehicles. Room to cook, but Holey Moley Bagels is also just a 1/2 block away.

So cute and cozy

There were 3 in my party, and we all enjoyed having our own bathrooms. There were plenty of pillows, which is always very much appreciated. Check out the yummy bagel shop on the corner.
