This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. The rental was clean and comfortable and so close to everything! We had 2 parking spaces on the property and walked or Uber’d everywhere. We will definitely be back!
The property is conveniently located to a few restaurants and coffee shops. Our host was extremely responsive and understanding of the questions we had regarding rain and flash flooding in the area during our stay. It is very spacious and comfortably appointed. Very appreciative of the onsite parking as the house is located in the historic district. Given that it is an older home, expect to hear people in the upstairs residence and on the stairs.
This place is perfect!!! The most perfect location! There is not a thing we would change. We normally stay in our go to hotels down in the center of King Street, but will be booking here for now on!
Really cute place, great neighborhood location with several coffee & sandwich shops near by (Co-op, Bad Bunnies, Holy City Bagel, etc.) We had 3 couples in our group. Beds were comfy, really nice that there were 3 (small) bathrooms and kitchen had everything we needed. The apartment had been given a facelift but some aspects were a little worn - as to be expected given age of most units in Charleston. We took advantage of the porch a few times too. The unit does sit behind the main house, so the porch looks at the house in front & parking lot, but we didn't mind. Felt nice and private. Overall great stay, would rent again.

This is the best location - close to all kinds of things. Easy walk or a cheap Uber. Place is great but you will hear the people upstairs. I would stay here again.
Enjoyed our stay in this lovely property in Charleston, which was decorated beautifully. Location was ideal, only a 10 minute walk to King Street. Added bonus of having the Bakeshop across the road and a couple of other coffee shops in close proximity!! Excellent communication from the Inns Management company. Would definitely stay again.
Property was perfect for our group of five. Loved the porch and location which was walking distance to the venue and everything else we needed. House was lovely, clean and comfortable.
We had a comfortable stay and would recommend the unit for large parties. It was nice having separate bathrooms for everyone. Everything was clean too.
We were only passing through, but having a place downtown made it easy to enjoy the time we had. Nice three bedroom house with private parking for two vehicles. Room to cook, but Holey Moley Bagels is also just a 1/2 block away.
Great location, just found some things to be a little dirty and not working as properly as they could. For instance, one bathroom shower wouldn’t drain, the kitchen faucet was super lose and the rug in the main area was filthy. The two rocking chairs outside we were afraid to sit in because they were falling apart and lastly both outlets outside did not work and were almost falling off the building.
This is our second time staying in 60.5A and we love it there. The decor is cute, the beds comfortable, and we all have a space to retreat to when we need some down time. It’s cozy and well furnished. We just park our car and walk everywhere. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Beds and linens were very comfortable and much appreciated. Showers had a lot of water pressure and water quickly became warm. AC was easily adjusted to cool off when needed!

A perfect place to stay with the girls( friends for 50 years)! Quick to respond regarding minor TV and ice maker issues . Peter ( handyman)was so prompt and helpful !!! Location close to King St and shopping. The Sugar shop across the street was an added bonus! Highly recommend!
Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My husband and I hurt our pinky toes kicking the bed frame as we were unpacking. It made it difficult to walk without limping, so be mindful of the king-sized bed frame if you stay in that room. Other than that, everything was true to the listing. It was great to unwind at the well appointed house in the quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, water pressure and temperatures were great and porch was a nice little bonus to have coffee on. We loved the little Pinot and Provisions place around the corner on Rutledge, had breakfast at Holey City Bagels and some afternoon dessert from The Sugar Shop, both of which were on the opposite side of the street within steps of the house. Our teenage boys loved it and we were happy that they were happy. It is a little gem and definitely would like to stay there again.
This location was great for a last minute weekend getaway.
The house was nicely cleaned. We had a great time and will be booking here again. A note before traveling here, if you can drive a smaller vehicle that would be good for parking spaces in back of the home. We all drove LARGE SUV's and trucks. But we made it work. And will know the next time.
I stayed here for a girls trip and the house was great! It's in a cute neighborhood that felt very safe. The host always got back to my messages very quickly. Having 3 bathrooms was very convenient and I was impressed that they each had their own hairdryer. The only issue is that if there are guests in the upstairs unit you will hear them if they're loud or walking around but it mostly wasn't an issue for us. And no bugs! (I am afraid of bugs so this is important to me)
The colonial charm of this property is inviting and comfortable. Management provided very specific instructions to help us get settled in and responded swiftly to the one inquiry we made. They have done a great job of bringing this space to life. We enjoyed watching movies together during the evening, sitting on the large front porch late into the night watching the beautiful sky, and listening to the soothing chorus of nature's nightlife. Also, this space really is a 10-minute or less walk to restaurants and shopping.
Be aware that old buildings can be a bit noisy when people are moving around in the upstairs unit.

This home is beautiful and very spacious for 4 adults. Very clean and comfortable and a very nice front porch to relax on.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there doesn't appear to be any restrictions on noise. We stayed for 3 days. The folks above us were loud and kept waking our son up. I contacted the host and they said they would take care of it. I believe the people checked out that day.
The following afternoon there were several folks that came in and we didn't hear a peep from them. However we knew we would be traveling home today so didn't think much about it and we went to bed early (around 10pm). Apparently our upstairs neighbors went bar hopping because when they got back they had everyone awake in our unit. They were playing music and talking and laughing extremely loudly. I'm a heavy sleeper and it takes a lot to wake me. But I was awake.
My husband went to the foyer where 2 of the guys were sitting and he asked if they could keep it down. They ignored him this was around 130am. Needless to say we were up literally all night from 130am on. I guess because he asked if they could keep it down they got offended. Because it then got much worse. They got extremely loud because they were all drunk and having a party. We literally felt like they were physically in our unit causing the commocition . When we checked out they were still up carrying on. Truthfully this behavior is extremely rude.
It's not the host fault but be prepared for noise above yo
