I loved the room color, decor, and the large bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful and wine starting at 5pm was perfect before heading for dinner. Location was perfect! Close to restaurants, landmarks, and shopping.

Lovely historic property, great location, easy parking! Carriage house queen room is perfect for two. Breakfast is delivered to your room or courtyard, it's excellent. As are the local snacks provided and afternoon/evening wine receptions. These thoughtful perks, along with friendly staff, are why guests return and we definitely would.

The property truly immersed us into the Charleston community. Sitting on the porch enjoying our complimentary wine and cheese felt like we lived there. The dessert bar was an excellent surprise. Then breakfast brought to our room was the cherry on top! Highly recommend for a lovely stay in Charleston.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was spacious. Loved having breakfast delivered to our room each morning and enjoying it on our veranda. Was great to have charcuterie, wine , and beer in the early evening, and then dessert and sparkling wine later at night.

I couldn’t recommend the Jasmine House more! I stayed in the Carriage house near the garden. It was beautifully decorated and spacious. Very comfortable and clean and had all of the amenities you’d need. They have a wonderful house kitchen in the main house a few steps from the carriage house. They had still and sparkling water on tap and staff were so very accommodating and helpful. They also had lovely little cupcakes for guests and I was told about their daily wine happy hour but I didn’t partake this time around (maybe next time). I sat out on the front po ch in the rockers and took in the early evening for a few minutes. The whole stay was lovely and I hope to return!

The staff went out of our way to make us feel welcome. We received a welcome basket with local treats when we arrived and breakfast delivered to the room every morning. There was a happy hour with wine, beer and charcuterie each evening. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was modern and a good size. We have already recommended it to several people and will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

A lovely hotel oozing charm and elegance. It is conveniently located at the historic centre of Charleston. Breakfast is ordered the night before and is brought to your room and may be eaten in there or on the room's balcony. In the evening there are complementary sparkling wine, cheese and other nibbles available. The only thing missing is a communal lounge to sit in although the front porch is lovely.
