Loved this hotel and all the staff. The lobby isn’t very accessible, but otherwise everything was amazing. The valet guys were personable and efficient, and we loved the poolside service!

Pro's: Property location is the best part of this hotel. Its an easy walk to shopping and dining. Property was clean. Con's: The parking is expensive The hotel layout is like a "U", making the walk to the room far. Strong smell of chlorine on the 2nd floor. The complimentary drink was served in a small plastic cup from a premixed bottle stored at the front desk, it was a strange experience compared to other places I've stayed that offers a complimentary drink. I will not stay at this property on my next trip to Charleston.
