"Lovely place and lovely helpful staff. Went to an Eden session at Eden Project and the rooms at Pier House Hotel had dry robes that we were able to take to the concert as the weather wasn’t great. Lovely touch!"

"I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think carefully before booking. Our original room was unacceptable. There was a strong smell of damp that triggered my asthma. There appeared to be faeces on a towel and the carpet, the bedding was dirty, pillowcases stained, mould was present, ..."

"Lovely villa and convenient location for Porth beach. We had booked for 5 but on arrival there was only bedding and towels for 4. Staff sorted this out super quickly and could not be more helpful. The pool was heated so was a good alternative to braving the freezing seas!"
