A very unique hotel and room but I enjoyed it - I was comfortable and the service was friendly. The breakfast was light by big hotel standards but coffee, bread and other fare were good! Like many other hotels the room is for sleeping not for lounging but the common areas are very inviting.

Small room with no window, a/c didn’t work staff was unconcerned when notified. I would not recommend this hotel. We checked out a day early and forfeited our money it was so bad. It is not worth a 1/4 star rating!!!!

Horrible place, rude staff, small room with no windows, broken a/c. Would not move us to another room. Uncaring staff when notified of the situation. We left early and forfeited our money paid it was so bad. When a/c did get fixed second day, condensation dripped on floor next bed. Horrible place!!!!

Checked in at 2:30, do not disturb sign on door. Staff said they would SMS the dinner menu and to bring the breakfast order down by 9 pm. 3 hours after lying down, they called my do not disturb room and woke me up. I was upset and went to the front desk to complain. Staff repeatedly claimed I had “numerous” disrespectful communication with staff and guests. I interacted with staff one time and never spoke to guests. Guests were outside my room at 8 am talking loudly, waking me 2 hours after I finally fell asleep. When I showered, I noticed dirty handprints on the shower tile. I stepped out of the shower onto a towel and used my clean the water off the floor. The towels were filthy after wiping up the water because the floors were not clean. There were dirty fingerprints on the TV, potato chips under the edge of the bed. I contacted management who said I used shoes on the towels. The photos clearly show bare feet, which were my freshly washed feet stepping onto the towel to mop up water. When the hotel received my complaint, they repeatedly claimed I had “numerous” interactions with staff and guests and accused me of defamation when I said the room was not COVID clean as advertised. I sent the photographs to Expedia. Expedia sent 3 SMS to the exact same number the hotel claimed was invalid (as their excuse for calling a do not disturb room)

Difficile de trouver la 4ème étoile… Établissement refait à neuf certes il y a quelques années mais déco très « épurée », peu de meubles/rangements, aucune intimité au niveau des toilettes, chambre bof, chauffage nul. Très déçu par le petit-déjeuner. Bref, je ne recommande pas.

Joli hotel mais personnel insuffisant pour le gérer durant le week end (une seule personne pour gérer le petit déjeuner et l'accueil dans 2 localisations séparées et éloignées l'une de l'autre-inadéquat !). Petit déjeuner succinct. Chambre moderne avec joli design mais mal insonorisée (chambre double avec séparation entre les deux). A regetter: toilettes non isolées de la chambre. Pas d'ascenseur pour monter les valises à l'étage. Parking de la gare à disposition sans limites de hauteur.

Lovely hotel

Eclectic hotel well located just a short walk from the main square. Our room was very comfortable and had a luxurious bathroom. No closet (but we didn’t need one).

Veilleur de nuit qui m a accepté après 2h30 du matin suite a des aleas sur la route ce qui est vraiment très gentil. Alors que vous dire si ce n est merci.
