Boutique Studio in the Heart of Charlevoix
- Brand new one bedroom first floor unit with walk in shower in the heart of downtown Charlevoix. Less than a 2 minute walk to the farmers market, Round Lake, bars, restaurants, the movie theater, grocery store and shopping. There is an electric vehicle charging station and 24-hour gym out the back door!
One bedroom and one bath studio. Living area with a Samsung Frame TV and modern European gas fireplace addition coming this fall! Quartz counters, Devol faucet from England and inset custom cabinetry. A Smeg fridge along with a Smeg cooktop, toaster oven and Nespresso coffee maker complete our small but fully functional kitchen. Sofa, seating and bed are from Restoration Hardware and Serena & Lily. Full Spectrum cable tv along with high speed WiFi.
