Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, and a wood burning fireplace in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.
The living room has seating for up to 4 guests, use a complimentary firelog to set the ambience in the wood burning fireplace. And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Clean 1BR Condo with view of Round Lake

The condo was great. Everything in downtown Charlevoix was walking distance. The 1 BR, 1 bath property was clean and spacious. The living / dining / kitchen area had an open floor plan and a fireplace. A sliding glass door opened onto a balcony with seating and provided a good view of Round Lake. I would definitely stay there again.

There was general maintenance that could have been addressed (lights burned out, trim pieces missing), and initial housekeeping was lacking (no hand towels/washcloths, no garbage bag in kitchen), but nothing that ruined our stay. We'd come again! Will be nice to visit when construction is done and outdoor pool open.

Comfortable Winter Escape

The property is well maintained and clean, and this particular unit is nicely updated. We visited in winter and enjoyed the short walk to nearby shopping and dining and the whirlpool (despite some electrical issues they were working on, which caused it to need resetting occasionally). We were given a number to text or call and got an immediate response. Management was courteous and helpful. Nice view of Round Lake, and we enjoyed watching the ducks and the Fogg tug operations from the balcony. We will definitely return.

Great stay

The weather was frightful, but we had a wonderful stay. Great location to walk downtown to restaurants and stores. Also enjoyed the sauna, pool, and hot tub!
