The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating. The living room has seating for up to 4 guests, and the added ambience of a gas fireplace. And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake. It's everything you need for a weekend getaway!
The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. Perfect Getaway
We had the best time. From our balcony we were able to watch the sun rise and see the boats and ferries come and go. We also unknowingly booked when the applefest was happening so it was fun to be able to walk everywhere...shops, beach, etc.

The unit smelled very fresh and was clean. No bugs or spider webs inside or on the balcony. The view was fun to watch the yatchs and ships sail by the unit. The front desk staff was there till 10pm and they were always helpful. We plan to come back. We enjoyed parking the car and walking everywhere. There were lots of walking paths, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the Venetian festival.

The property and location were perfect. Just what we wanted for a relaxing time to just chill out and enjoy the view, water and nature of the gorgeous northern Michigan. The condo did lack some amenities we wanted such as extra blankets to cuddle up in, as the weather wasn’t quite warm. No direction on how to work the furnace and basic cleaning supplies, such as a broom for beach sand. Other than that we would highly recommend!
