"It is a solid, cozy spot if you are looking for great views and comfortable amenities, although at first glance the room looked spotless and clean to the eye. However, the floors were actually a tad bit dirty once you started walking around on them barefoot or in socks. Both the on-site bar and the food were decent—nothing extraordinary, but acceptable for a casual stay. Overall Rating: 3.5 / 5 — Slightly Above Average"

The lady LINDSEY will pick you up on the beach or other private charters.
Our goal was to roam the island and dine at different restaurants, we took advantage of all of the restaurants on property. The coffee shop was easy for a quick breakfast.
I would recommend bringing your own yeti or purchasing one in the coffee shop to prevent your drinks from melting so fast.
I loved hanging out under the tree.

"Excellent place to stay on Saint Thomas. The owners are very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Clean and spacious rooms a short walk from downtown Charlotte Amalie. This is a small, locally owned "hotel" that has an intimate, relaxed vibe. Easy access and parking."
