They shoukd have kept my room off the list until they bleached the tub a few times to get the red dye out. There are no ice machines and they dont guve you ice trays for the freezer. Stay is great but the room could have been better

No way!

The lock on my door was broken. The room smelled of lingering smoke and the floors had ashes along with weed on them. Very noisy and the curtains were burnt as well. They also did not close all the way

The check in part was the worst. I walked to the desk an said I have a reservation, after 5 mins he tried to check me in as a wall in. After I said again I have a reservation, he said u didnt say that when u walked in. At that moment it went left!

Room was. Beautiful, clean, exempt the room smelled like weed, fire alarm was missing, carpet was black dirty, took more than 20 minutes to get check in.

Property and individual rooms were lacking in maintenance, cleanliness and operation of electrical, mechanical and plumbing equipment (no water in bath / shower ) Great concerns for safety, and repairs were done not to the building industry standards or Life Safety codes. Bad room and customer service

the room smell and there is stain at the restroom, the AC not cold, the customer service when we check in give us the very back room and the key not working so we have to walk back again to the receptionist, he give us new room but stinky, the refrygerator not cold and the room dark.
