We have added a crib, MamaRoo and activity walker. Enjoy beautiful views of the lake from the huge rocking chair front porch. Lake access is just across the street with, kayaks, paddle board, outdoor blackstone griddle, electronic darts, fire pit, corn hole and lake floats provided for your entertainment. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom! No waiting your turn. We also decorate for the holidays if you are looking for a great home for you and your family to gather. Under 40 minutes from the airport, BoA Stadium, Charlotte Motor Speedway and Spectrum Center.

Absolutely great property

Finally and owner of a VRBO that cares about guests. They provided the essentials such as shampoo and plenty of towels. The house is spectacular and highly recommended for families as well as just adults. Plan on visiting again!!!

Beautiful home, superbly outfitted

The house was beautiful and incredibly well-stocked. We felt as if we were in a friend's house. The host was very responsive and even added flowers and balloons to celebrate a family birthday which was a lovely touch!

Beautiful lake home

The house is freshly renovated with every amenity you coyld want. The owner, Tammy, decorated it perfectly for halloween, which the kids loved. She was also very responsive throughout the stay to answer any questions. We will definitely book again next time we are in the area.

Amazing lake house

The property was absolutely amazing for our family trip. The house is beautifully decorated and the hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need from blankets for your dogs, cribs and games for children, and everything in between!! The lake access is just across the street and the part of lake is quiet and and so fun! Would absolutely recommend.

Beautiful lake home

Roomy, clean, well-appointed, and right across the street from Lake Norman. Easy 20 minute drive to downtown Davidson. Host communicated everything well and even provided a large loaf of homemade sourdough bread! Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect lakeview getaway

This house is lovely - and perfect for our group to spend time together. Cooking, hanging out at the lake, playing games in the evenings, and watching Olympics filled our days!!! Tammy was very responsive to any questions. All of us had a wonderful time!!

Great Lake Norman Spot

The property looks as good in person as it does on the website. Great spot across from the lake with easy access. Great outdoor area and amenities provided like kayaks, paddle board, corn hole, darts. Highly recommend.

We love this house! We come to Mooresville often for work and Tammy made our stay feel more like a vacation than a work trip. She is so accommodating and her property is so gorgeous and homey. We will definitely be back!

Family Gathering

This home is beautiful and very well decorated . Tammy the host decorated for Thanksgiving and our family felt right at home . She even gave us a home made bread which was yummy as a present. The kitchen is well stocked , the smart refrigerator was great and I played some music one night . The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious clean and comfy. The property overlooks lake Norman . We will be back for sure and I highly recommend this property

Great Spot

Very nice place with large kitchen area. I’d imagine this space would be great for entertaining a larger group of family and friends (there were only 4 of us). Very well laid out home. Only thing I’d change is the family room layout and furniture. Nonetheless, one of our favorite VRBO’s yet!

Fantastic Getaway

The house is beautiful. The pictures are good, but still don't do it justice. The house is very clean and spacious. The location is quiet and easy to get too with plenty of parking for our truck and boat trailer as well as other vehicles. The fenced in yard was very convenient for our dog. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house, great location, thoughtful amenities

Our week at the house was fantastic. The house is gorgeous and has everything in it you’ll need to accommodate you and your family. Tanya was responsive and helpful in scheduling the rental but also was kind to let us in early when our infant was upset on the heels of a long drive. The location of the house is perfect- close to everything but not in the middle of too much congestion. 10/10 we loved this place!

Perfection on Lake Norman

This was our homebase leading up to my daughter's wedding in Charlotte. The house, the location, and the host were absolutely perfect! We were so comfortable and were close enough to Charlotte to handle wedding details but far enough away to relax and enjoy family time. The house is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. There are games and puzzles, an electronic dart board, a wonderful porch swing, kayaks, and the kitchen is to die for! Tammy was so wonderful and made us feel so welcome. She even left us a loaf of home made bread. Amazing!

Perfect Vacation!!

From the moment we contacted about this home we were impressed!!! Tammy was a great communicator and answered all of our questions immediately! She suggested ideas of places to go, eat, boat rentals, etc! The house was Amazing!!! Our favorite was the front porch overlooking the lake. The beds were all extremely comfy! So many games, toys, tubes, kayaks, and paddle board! There is so much to do!! Cooking was so easy with her state of the art kitchen and all the utensils you could imagine! It was a perfect vacation!! Tammy is the beat hostess ever! Warm sourdough bread to welcome us! Don't look any further this is your house!

Perfect House

This house was the perfect setting for our annual girl's weekend. It was impeccably clean and so well appointed with all the extras. The kitchen was huge and made cooking our meals so easy. Each of the four bedrooms have a full bathroom so no one got the short end of the stick. The house was comfortable, modern and exceeded all of our expectations. Tammy was the best host and we enjoyed our time so much!

Our stay was remarkable. Plenty of room. Comfortable, homey feeling throughout. Great location. Appliances were super - first time with an induction stovetop and we liked it. Host was exceptional. This venue would be perfect for a 4 family visit. Loved it.
