Welcome to Chateau Norman, your luxurious lakefront retreat on beautiful Lake Norman. This modern waterfront property offers everything you need for a memorable vacation with family and friends.

The spacious open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, with a large kitchen featuring top-of-the-line appliances and a living area that overlooks the lake. Step outside to the large porches where you can relax and take in the tranquil surroundings or gather around the fire pit in the evenings for s'mores and storytelling. Guests can enjoy the views of the lake from the private dock, perfect for fishing, swimming, or just relaxing by the water. For indoor fun, head to the game/rec room where you'll find a pool table, foosball, and a projector screen movie theatre.

*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement to include a valid ID and selfie photo in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation
*** Standard early check-in and late-check out policy is as follows: 2pm check-in and 12pm check-out with a $50 fee per request. All subject to availability and all holidays are excluded
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations

Amazing stay in great location

Weekend with Friends on the Lake

Beautiful property, more spacious interior than the pictures suggest. We rented a pontoon boat from a vendor 5 mins away and had a great time. BBQ dinner on the porch dining table looking over the sunset on the lake, great time had by all!

Great location on Lake Norman!! Property was clean and well stocked. Access to the garage and to thecloset in the primary bedroom would have be appreciated...there was no place to hang anything in downstairs.

Terrific house and location

Rained a lot so we hung out at the house much oof the time. Very comfortable, tasteful, nice high end finishes and well furnished and maintained. Really convenient location. Only less than prefect note was that the lake shore is yucky red mud and getting kayaks to the “beach” was a bit of a challenge and a bit messy.
