The area was convenient because it was near the airport and a couple of restaurants but the hotel needs to be renovated. The room was not that clean, particularly the bathroom. I had to check in and out through a window which was unwelcoming. The hotel charged for shuttle pick up at the airport which should have been included in the total package cost. Please revamp services and the look. It is in dire need!

Smoke smell in every room even though we booked a non smoking room. Mold on shower curtains. The staff was very nice and tried to help us the best she could but the rooms need more restrictions put on patrons for future guest stays.

I tried to check in and I was informed the property does not accept cats even though I specifically looked for pet friendly places when making my booking. It’s not listed on Expedia that they only allow dogs but on their personal website it states only dogs are allowed

Homeless people around the property. Employees unpolite, service people also from India whihtout proper behavior .i was denied bottle of water !!! Bathroom.needs repairs. Thank you

The faucets werent working and the shower didnt work until I myself fixed it after trying to ask for the maintenance. i was greeted with attitude. the water for the first 10 minutes every day was brown and the AC kept shutting off every 15 minutes. The bed had stains and the floor had stains. TV barely worked after banging it a few times. the area was horrible, i was threatened and followed while walking. The people were rude. the parking was fine but there was a person who had a room key as well, who looked into the car a few times. the room was horrible. it was nothing like advertised, almost like a complete lie.
