Looking for a place to rest on our way home and just picked it… we loved it. As nice as it is to be home, I envisioned staying longer on a vacation. I will certainly look for home 2 suites on all future trips!

The room was a nice size and I liked that it had lots of space to put your things in. I also liked the kitchen area and the separation of the beds and living room area. Overall, wherever I go I will look for and stay at a Home2Suites.

We booked an extra day solely to swim at the hotel. Unfortunately the whole time we were there they had a sign up stating no one could swim so I gave 3 stars if it wasn’t for that I would give 5.

The facility was dirty, the carpets in hallway were stained, the "non smoking" room reeked of cigarettes, not handicap accessible as requested when booked, killed 3 bugs in the bathroom, breakfast was rubbery microwavable breakfast sandwiches and microwavable egg bowls. It was so terrible that we contacted expedia the following morning to change hotels. We would have walked right back out had it not been after midnight when we checked in!!!

Staff was Fantastic! Very helpful. Good amenities. Hotel rooms need updating. My room had a odor like stinky feet. The carpet had alot of stains. The air conditioner was very loud as loud as air vents in halls.

You guys should have longer breakfast hours. Maybe 6-10:30. I think that's very reasonable. Most fast food restaurants have similar hours. I had to leave and go get food because I woke up at 9:08 other than that the stay was good

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. The place is old and outdated. They were shampooing carpets ave the floors were damp and wet. There were roaches. There was a gas smell in my room, but it was not taken seriously by staff once reported. I was moved to another room, but when I followed up the lady at the desk was rude and dismissive. She said we don’t have gas and that it has not been checked into yet hours after my report. Again the worst place I’ve EVER stayed at.

I chose this hotel because it had a kitchenette and an indoor pool. When we got there and I inquired about the pool, I was told it was closed indefinitely for maintenance. This ruined my trip because I really, really wanted to swim. There was no trash can in the bathroom which is the most important place to have a trashcan. The USB outlet near my bed was broken and completely unusable. There was a lot of dirt in the corner of the bathroom by the shower. Our keycards randomly didn't work one night so we had to go around the building in the rain to get them activated again.

The property is newer, by hotel standards, and the staff we interacted with was amazing. They were very courteous, patient, and helpful especially while dealing with multiple guests with complaints. In our specific experience: - The mobile check in did not work even though the app clearly showed I was checked in. Thankfully we arrived earlier than expected and staff was still onsite to check us in. - The digital key did not work but, again, thankfully the hotel staff was able to give us hard keys. - The room door appears to be warped as you literally need to shoulder your way into the door. I wasn’t able to open it and my husband had to. - We reserved the room for 4 people but there were only enough coffee and towels for 2-3ppl. - Breakfast on the weekends, per the app, is open until 9:30am. We went downstairs at 9:10am and breakfast was already closed. According to staff it closes at 9am everyday, despite what the app clearly says. - There was NO hot water at 9:15am. We waited thinking perhaps we needed to let the water warm up. After running the shower for 10-15min, the water was still ice cold. - I tried to call the front desk to ask about the water but the in room phone didn’t work. - We checked the water again around 10:30a and it was still ice cold. Again, the staff was amazing and very apologetic for the issues. But given the room rate charged for one night I honestly could have and should have stayed at any of the properties next
