"I actually rate it as 4.5 of 5. 1) I did not like all the cigarette butts barely out the front door, scattered in all directions for 20'+. Do they ever get removed? Why do smokers think they have a right to pollute like that? They are such offenders of rest of us health!!!!!!! And for us to have to walk through your putrid clingy smoke = Gross!!!!!! Where is your respect? Please go out in the parking lot to do your bad habit. Unfortunately this is the same scenario at way too many hotels. 2) My room bathroom sink has a slow drainage issue. 3) Otherwise, everything was fine here."

"The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was courteous. The pool area and lobby were tranquil. While the staff was pleasant, they did not provide me with comprehensive information during check-in, such as the deposit amount (as I booked through Expedia, this information is not disclosed). They merely advised me to insert my card. I believe they should have reviewed my reservation with me and provided more details about the hotel, including the bar and restaurant areas. I had to inquire about these aspects, and I felt that more information about the hotel’s amenities could have been provided. Additionally, as mentioned earlier, I booked through Expedia, and the room I was assigned should have included a bathtub. When I inquired about the bathtub in the assigned room, the staff confirmed its presence. However, upon arrival, the room did not have a bathtub. When I contacted the hotel, they informed me that there were limited rooms with bathtubs and that they were unable to accommodate my request. Given our exhaustion and desire to rest before attending evening events, we decided not to take further action. Overall, the hotel is pleasant, but the price is not justified for a single night stay."

"Check in was quick. Room was clean. Easy on/off highway. Plenty of parking. Continental breakfast 7-9am included cereal (raisin bran, Cheerios, flavoured instant oatmeal packs), bread, bagels, make-your-own waffles. Coffee is available 24/7 at Reception. Breakfast area is small but well maintained. It is an older property, and that is reflected in the price. Our 1st floor room had a bathroom with a tile floor, towels were clean and 100% cotton, room had nice bed; bedsheets were good, blanket ok, 2 chairs (desk chair and lounging chair). Mini-fridge and microwave in room but no coffee maker. Quick drive to downtown Charlotte with good selection of restaurants."

"A bit expensive for one night, the pool was nice but the pool room shower did not work and the wood on the walls was rotten around the shower. The breakfast was nice they have a pancake maker that is push button, no messy pancake batter. Nice coffee machine, very good coffee! The other part of breakfast was average."
