Come be our guest and unwind in this cozy, beautifully appointed lakefront retreat. From the moment you walk through the front door, you're greeted by warm lodge-like charm, featuring soaring shiplap ceilings, exposed beams, and an open-concept layout designed for relaxing and reconnecting.

The main living area blends a fully stocked kitchen, inviting dining space, and spacious great room—all wrapped in natural light and lake views. Whether you're cooking on the gas stove, sharing meals around the table, or lounging on the couch, this space brings everyone together in comfort and style.

On the main level, you'll find two thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The serene primary suite features a king bed, private bath with a tub/shower combo, and tranquil views of the lake. Nearby, the bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks is perfect for kids or teens and has easy access to a full hall bathroom.

Downstairs, a private queen suite offers the ultimate retreat with its own entrance, full bath, K-cup coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave. It's the perfect setup for guests seeking a little extra quiet and independence during their stay.

Step outside to take in some of the most picturesque views on Lake Norman. The large backyard is made for lakeside living—gather around the fire pit for s'mores and stories under the stars, or head down to the covered dock for swimming, sunbathing, or docking your rental boat. The dock's swim platform and ladder make jumping into the water a breeze.

📝 Signed Rental Agreement Required
All reservations must include a signed lease agreement, a valid ID, and a selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Enjoy a little extra lake time! Early check-in (2 PM) and late check-out (12 PM) are available for a $50 fee per request, based on availability. Please note that holiday dates are excluded.
💍 No Weddings or Events
To ensure a relaxing environment for all guests and neighbors, weddings and large events are not permitted.
🐶 Pet-Friendly with Fee
We welcome up to two dogs! A pet fee of $150 per dog applies—just let us know if you're bringing your furry friend.

Lake Norman's water levels can change daily and are managed by the local energy provider. We can't guarantee a specific lake depth during your stay.
