Welcome to our family-friendly home located 1.5 mi from Johnson C. Smith, 10 mins to updtown, the airport, and Concord Mills. This 3-bed, 2-bath home boasts multiple living areas, full kitchen, wi-fi, smart TVs for endless entertainment options. Feel free to bring your game system!

In addition to the inside comfort, just outside the kitchen is a large deck for coffee/tea, meals, entertaining and enjoying the skyline.

The space
Cozy and welcoming living room features a sofa/loveseat combo, chair and desk/chair to work if needed. Quiet Queen bedroom with chair for reading. Twin and king bedrooms have personal tvs. Spacious den with tv, large sectional sofa with double recliners, eat-in kitchen, two full bathrooms (one with a tub/shower combo and one is a shower only.) Private rear deck with seating for outside enjoyment.
