Very cozy apartment in a beautiful area. In 5 minutes walk a small city park. The apartment provides every detail, the kitchen has everything you need. The bed is comfortable, linen and towels are clean. Upon check-in we could not immediately figure out how the air conditioner works, despite the fact that it was quite late, they helped us very quickly. From the minuses I can note that the house is quite old and in the apartments a little squeaky floors and badly closed door to the toilet. But the pros are much more! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Charlotte.
