"This place was great! Beautiful, comfortable interior. Super view of and access to Lake Champlain Kayaking, turtle and beaver viewing, loons, sonorous bullfrog chorus, after dark fire pit. Everything you’d want for relaxation and play inside and out. Good access to and communication with host."

"This lodge was made for getting lost in the woods and relaxing. We took advantage of day trips to nearby cities but enjoyed our evenings at the lodge by the fire or playing games. The hosts were lovely and thought of everything!"

"This property is just okay...we checked in, took one look at the room, came back on Expedia, booked another room and left the key on the counter, all within 10 minutes of arriving at the "hotel". This place is very misrepresented on Expedia and it is cute and serene, but not for us. Upon walking in, it's a cute, cozy "living room" with a fireplace and the guy that checked us in was friendly (and shoeless...odd...). He personally walked us up to our room and told us about dinner. "House advertised with air conditioning, the only air conditioning is in the living room and kitchen area. We stayed at the house on a warm May weekend and the upstairs bedrooms (5) were very uncomfortable, thermostats for the heat were reading 80+ degrees, each room had at least one window that was broken and not able to be opened. We alerted the property manager as soon as we arrived and nothing was done for 2.5 days, when someone did come out they confirmed it was hot but nothing could be...

"I chose this location because it was right on the water, and pet friendly, prerequisites for our vacation choice. The house is beautiful inside; clean, roomy, and perfect for our family size and gathering. We were celebrating my 70th birthday, and it could not have been a more memorable experience. "Comfortable, climate control worked well. Bathroom was clean. Floor was cold, but that doesn't bother me. Within walking distance of some good eats. not recommended if you're sensitive to loud sounds as its close to the airport and lots of vehicle traffic might keep someone up all night but I'm deaf in one ear so no worries for me."
