The only thing i would say is no personal touch at checkout, all they asked was if i had anything from the mini bar, not how was your stay and i stayed for 2 nights!, infact, the girl checking me out was too busy talking to the other two guys (one reception, one who shows you to your room), shame as the hotel itself was lovely. "Great for people driving into Berlin and for those traveling with a canine companion. We would stay here again. They are pet friendly (modest fee) and their parking situation is really easy to maneuver (especially for Berlin). Their VIP perks included free parking and a room upgrade! "
