"This is the third of the chain's hotels in Berlin that I stayed in. Like the other two which are near Alexanderplatz) - it features great value for money. It is somewhat hip, basic, no-frills accommodation, and I often need no more certainly for a business trip. Nice simple breakfast on the 10th Floor that at night turns into a bustling huge bar + lounge + terrace. I did not see any staff except at the front desk and they were nice and accommodating the two times I needed something I highly recommend this property. "
