"Bus stop outside, shopping centre with cinema up road. Room compact and bijou. Elevator can be a tad frustrating, stopping at most floors. However, this only affected us in the morning and when we returned after nightfall. Would defo stay again."

"Beautiful newly refurbished and launched hotel in a great location. All very stylish with attention to detail. Our initial room was rather dark and small with only an interior window but the staff quickly changed it to a nicer one. That might not be possible when the hotel is fuller I suppose. Staff were so charming and great breakfast options. "

"The room was small, but clean and comfy. The only thing we didn't like was that the bathroom walls were glass. I like to get up early and it would've been nice to be able to turn on the bathroom light while my daughter slept. But otherwise it was great!"

"Staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. We enjoyed the location and did not realize there was a mall right next to the hotel. Very handy. Beautiful hotel and view of the harbor. Would stay here again."
