"I booked a room due to an EARLY morning surgery at nearby UVA Hospital since we live 2 1/2 hours away. The staff was so accommodating with a first floor room to minimize patient's in house travel. The beds were so comfortable which helped with a good nights sleep in spite of all us having pre surgery nerves. I would definitely book again should the need arise for us to be in the area again."

"Yes they were very to me in my needs when I need towels or rags or extra toilet paper or anything like that they were there they let me stay until 12:00 for check out time rather than 11:00 and I love the room it was nice and clean"

"The room I reserved was not available I got a room on the second floor and had a hard time getting up and down the stairs and was told there were no first floor rooms available. No elevator on the property."
