Cute, cozy, convenient. This newly renovated bungalow home with a sprawling backyard and lots of sun is perfectly located in the heart of Charlottesville. Walking distance to UVA and downtown, and close to the highway for vineyard and brewery access, this house is the perfect location for a weekend getaway, concert, sporting event, or bachelorette. Perfect place in Charlottesville!
This property was so nice and convenient to everything! Bed was comfy, everything was clean, and there is a driveway which was super convenient. The yard is also fully fenced in, so perfect for bringing a dog with you!
