Just a quick 7-minute drive to Scott Stadium, John Paul Jones Arena & UVA. Walking distance of 0.4M from Amtrak!
Easy to zip out to Monticello, Carter Mt Orchards, vineyards and breweries.

We provide a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, plates, utensils microwave, toaster, coffee maker, baking tray and more! Put on your chefs hat and enjoy!
Dining room:
The main dining table comfortably sits 6 the side nook seats an additional 2.
Patio:
The patio is a shared space at the back of the home.
Notes:
1) Two night minimum required on weekends
2) Check in 3:00 pm, check out by 11:00am
3) If you have a pet, booking with us means you accept and will follow our pet guidelines located in the notes section on this listing.
4) We do have outdoor cameras (NOT INSIDE)
