Fairytale Loft Suite | 1 bed, 1 bath Luxury Apartment in Downtown Belmont

Fairytale Loft is one of seven fully renovated suites located within the Belmont Farmhouse just 1 block from downtown Belmont. This quaint room offers one bed and one bath on the top (3rd) floor of the building. This is an excellent location on a quiet street within a minutes walk to some of the area's best restaurants (Southern Crescent, Tavola, Belle, Lampo, and Bar Tomas) and just a 10 minute walk to Charlottesville's Downtown Mall.

The airy decor of Fairytale Loft Suite, offset with the dainty metallic fixtures, original heart pine floors, a soothing blue rug, and a whimsical hammock, make your stay here feel magical. This quiet and romantic loft suite features a King bed and lace hammock positioned by the window with views of the mountains in the distance - a great spot to recline and unwind. The charming bathroom includes a custom-designed tiled shower and a few other unique touches that complement the rest of the suite. This loft is located on the third floor of a renovated 1800s farmhouse in Charlottesville's popular Belmont neighborhood.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at this property. In the case of service animals, we follow current ADA requirements. Please notify us in advance if you travel with a service animal.

Great Location!

Easy walk to downtown pedestrian mall and restaurants and was perfect for a weekend getaway. On street parking was no problem and the building is quiet though there is some Saturday night noise from restaurants in Belmont.

A couple blocks from the downtown pedestrian mall, this location was backing to 5 amazing restaurants that were better than downtown. The room was great, bed was hard if that is something that bothers you but exactly what we were looking for for the weekend!

A place made for a Princess (me)!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Fairytale Loft Suite! I was in town for a presentation and this was the perfect place for me to unwind and get some rest--as well as prep the night before. The host was very communicative, accommodating and helpful! Very quiet and very comfortable. Also, as a historic preservationist, I was loving the decor and attention to details! Would stay here again!!!

Nice walking distance to great Belmont resteraunts. The entry code for our room did not work when we tried to check in at 9PM, but the person on the phone fixed it immediately. Nice comfortable room.

This is an absolutely DARLING loft in a very quiet neighborhood..... many of the homes in the neighborhood date back 100 years or more (!) and there are fresh gardens - both flowers and vegetables - EVERYWHERE!! Some might call it "bohemian", but mostly it's just BEAUTIFUL and NATURAL. I will definitely rent this loft again on my next visit to Charlottesville :-)

Very nice Fairytale

Nice place! We enjoyed our stay and the peace and quiet. House is near shops and nice restaurants (Local, Mockingbird, etc.). Parking is on street but usually available. The morning glories are very pretty-almost neon. We will look to stay again in the future. Thank you! (Note: coffee tray could have been a bit more stocked.)

My husband and I got away for the weekend. This location was perfect for us. The room and bathroom were exactly how it’s pictured. We have already talked about doing this all over again. Highly recommend. In walking distance to so many good restaurants, shopping and bars. Hiking 5-10 minutes away. Very close to the hop on tour that you can leave your car and walk to pick up location.

The location of the room was ideal, it was just a couple of blocks from restaurants, and a short walk across the bridge to the downtown area. The room was clean and well maintained. It was ideal for what we needed.
