"Beautifully decorated, well appointed, comfortable bed, black out curtains for easy sleeping, good water pressure and nice hot water."

"Great room, excellent facilities, centre of Broadway, definitely stay again and recommend"

"Great location! Perfect for us"

"At check in I asked for walks in the area from the accommodation and the lady said she didn’t know. I would expect the customer services dept to be able to provide that information. I would also expect to be taken to the room rather than pointed in the right direction. Room good as expected for price - disappointing no mirror in bedroom and not good ventilation in bathroom. Milk not provided for tea in room. Restaurant on a sunny Saturday afternoon- plates and glasses weren’t cleared away which...

"This property is finished to a high specification with a high consideration to the comfort of the guests. The beds, pillows and sofa are very comfortable. Parking outside the property.Whats app chat with phil or his teams was great. I felt as though they were interested in making sure we enjoyed our stay. If I was to change anything it woukd be to have larger towels. A minor problem really.Thank you!"

"The accommodation was beautiful. The customer service was 5* from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent."

"the room was okay but it smelt like damp and thier was quite a lot of black mould behind the sofa"
