"Great room, helpful staff"

"Air conditioning broken and flashing and beeping on and off all night, housekeepers quite loud near room doors very early, the window was a tiny high up glass panel, couldn’t open or see out of it. "

"Great hotel in wonderful location just a short walk from the Tower of London, and the Tower Hill and Bank underground stations. The front desk staff were all delightful and very accommodating. The room was always kept clean and well made up every day (without having to request or beg for housekeeping like in the USA). The room was a decent size and the bathroom large with both a bath and shower. We had a room tucked away in a corner and although the hotel was full over the holiday weekend, we did not hear any noise at all from other guests. My only complaint is that there should be a wall outlet on both sides of the bed because most people keep their phones charging besides them overnight or use them to listen to music to settle down, or need to run a CPAP. Luckily we had a portable extension cord with us so we were able to work around it. Highly recommend this hotel and I’d definitely stay here again when in London. "

"The room was clean modern and spacious. It was strange however, that they gave us a room on the 8th floor— which the elevators did not go up to and so we had to take the stairs— and when we explained that we have slight physical issues which makes climbing stairs difficult, we were told we should have picked a different room category then (how were we supposed to know that?). In fact, my only grievances with my experience at Tower Suites were with the staff who were all smug, condescending, short, and passive aggressive. I believe for the premium of this hotel, the staff should be receiving better hospitality training. "

"Air con worked fine, no issues. Not many shops nearby but plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. Really close to Aldgate tube stop."

"We had such a lovely stay at the Limehouse Library Hotel. It is one of the most unique and beautiful hotels we have stayed in. The decor is incredible, full of books, art, antiques, and so many unusual touches that make it feel really special. The whole place has a cosy, elegant, and charming atmosphere. What we loved most was the character of the hotel. It feels thoughtful, creative, and welcoming, with so much attention to detail. It is the kind of place where you notice something new every time you look around. It made our stay feel much more memorable than a standard hotel experience. Our room, designed in the version of Homer, although clean and lovely, these old bones struggled to get up. The room was very clean and tidy. Every nich was cared for. We came away thinking what a hidden treasure it is, and we would definitely stay again. The bottle of wine and letter for our anniversary, was so kind. Not even expected (25 years married). Quite honestly, we loved this place. Hopefully we will be able to afford to come next year. "
