Room was a bit older and comfortable. AC could easily be regulated. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast plan was nicely priced, convenient and hearty choices. The hotel is very conveniently located to the cathedral, the town and the train. We enjoyed our stay!

Reception was poor, id paid for breakfast (very overpriced) but was told that it wasn’t included 😳; very disappointing, good cheeses though. parking lot was a dump, included welcome drink was a water with a slice of lemon.. I persuaded the staff that I needed a beer. Perfect location.

The hotel was in a great location and easy to find. Parking was close by. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable that I didn’t want to get up! The bathroom was lovely and very stylish. We didn’t have any food at the hotel. Would recommend and would happily stay here again.

We stayed one night in Chartres and the hotel met our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was central with an easy walk to the Cathedral and the historic center. Hotel parking was available for an extra reasonable fee.

Lovely room, great view across to the station. Breakfast choices were excellent. Bed was a little soft for me and the sheets needed a repair - but the staff were told and apologised. Great location to go and enjoy the city - will definitely book to stay again.
