Discover this detached, natural stone holiday home with private pool that has been beautifully restored. It boasts a location completely out of sight, against a mountain. The authentic building comfortably accommodates a family or a group of friends.

In the region you will find several unmissable sites, caves, rivers, children's parks, museums and beautiful villages such as Balazuc or Voguë. You can go canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or take a walk through its distinctive nature.

Next to the house is a large terrace with olive trees, lavender and rosemary. From the beautiful swimming pool you can enjoy the wide views of the countryside below. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers and a nice barbecue. Moreover, it is secured by a fence and you can enjoy a relaxing time there in complete privacy. At the front of the house there is a nice covered area where you can eat in privacy. At the back, you will find a balcony with breathtaking views of Mont Gerbier des Joncs (source of the Loire), the Ventoux and the Alpine chain. An orientation board there tells you more about the view.

Great family getaway! The kids had a blast in the pool, and we loved barbecuing on the terrace, The location is perfect for exploring nearby villages like Balazuc, Just a heads up, the WiFi was kinda slow, but we didn't mind too much, Overall, a wonderful experience!

A wonderful quiet place to relax, with a fantastic view over the highlands of ardeche. The best place to have a brake, to relax and to have a Time Out.

Amo alla follia la terrazza e tutta la vegetazione intorno, Posto perfetto per un barbecue e momenti rilassanti con gli amici, Anche i locali sono super amichevoli!

Questa casa per le vacanze ha superato le nostre aspettative, Immersa contro le montagne, offriva il perfetto equilibrio tra privacy e vista mozzafiato, I bambini amavano la piscina privata, mentre gli adulti si godevano il relax sulla terrazza circondata da ulivi e lavanda, Abbiamo trascorso le nostre serate a grigliare e osservare le stelle - una fuga così pacifica! Inoltre, i villaggi vicini come Balazuc erano affascinanti e valevano la pena esplorare, Altamente raccomandato per le famiglie in cerca di relax!

Een heel mooi huis, alles was op en top schoon. Heel verzorgd, overal was aan gedacht. Het zogenaamde gastenverblijf onder het huis was prachtig, met ook een heerlijk uitzicht. Veel rust. Attente eigenaar. En, het staat niet in de advertentie van dit huis, maar er is airco! In de woonkamer.

La localisation de cette maison est vraiment exceptionnelle. Alors oui, il faut prendre un bout de route etroit pour y acceder, mais cela en vaut la peine. Vue juste merveilleuse, maison pleine de charme et confortable et piscine vraiment jolie et appreciable. Les proprietaires sont charmants et a l'ecoute. Entretien impeccable, y compris la piscine, entretenue plusieurs fois durant notre sejour. Vraiment une belle experience, je recommande vivement. Si vous voulez du calme et un paysage relaxant avec une vue magnifique n'hesitez pas.

Ideaal om volledig tot rust te komen door de ligging, het uitzicht en het zwembad! Vanaf het huis kan je verschillende wandelingen maken. Fantastisch voor baasjes en hondjes!
