Well located and comfortable hotel for visit with family in Chatan. No luxury here but the furnishings and bath are comfortable, the staff is attentive and kind and they speak excellent English. Family oriented neighborhood with playgrounds, numerous small restaurants, and beach surf access. Coworking space with excellent internet.

The hotel was amazing! However, if you are looking for a hotel with a beach right outside, I would not recommend this hotel. The beach outside was not the best for swimming.

Wonderful Hotel at great price. After flight delay, called Hotel to tell them I would be late. Winfrey was very helpful, cheerful and welcoming. The entire staff was professional and friendly. Highly recommended in Sunabe.

Very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The only weird thing about the room was that there were no chairs. Staff gave us some upon request. Loved the massage chair and sauna in room and the shower water pressure was awesome!

Just a hop skip and a jump away from American Village. Great location. Staff super helpful. Got beach chairs & beach parasols for free. Even lend us a vacuum cleaner for our car. Washing machine in the room was very helpful & high-end. The TV was the biggest I have ever seen in a hotel, maybe 70in. Just wish my wife’s bed was as comfortable as mine. Would stay there again.

the property is having a washing machine and cinema screen tv inside the hotel...also dryer for the laundry but the internet is not available in the room, only on the shared place..the 2nd floor...the first floor is available only for the meetings, they are for rent, nice meeting area but the wifi is not secure there, they have drinks and nice books, printer in the meeting area
