My room was dirty. There was dust everywhere. The beds had hair and bugs in them. The bathroom smelled terrible. There was dirt in the fridge. There room was not guest ready.

沖縄の中心部だったので何事も全て便利でした。友人が車を出してくれたのですが、バスもタクシーも捕まえやすい場所ですし、アメリカンビレッジ まで徒歩でも行けます。場所は最高ですし、コスパも良すぎました。

立地がよく、清潔でしたが私たちの部屋がマクドナルド のドライブスルー受付の真前だった為、夜中でも声が聞こえてくるのでそこが残念でした。部屋の当たりによってはもっと快適に過ごせると思います！

Good stay with a few minor issues

Nice stay, it's more of an apartment than a hotel room, with a small kitchen - although other than two cups and a kettle you have to rent any equipment from reception. Good location, close to the American village but I probably would stay elsewhere on the island if I return to Okinawa, this is part of a small chain so there's plenty of options. Breakfast wasn't worth going down for, 1 bread roll and an egg, after the first day I just went to McDonald's next door instead! ¥1000 per day for parking seems a bit expensive compared to the cost of the room, no other choice than to pay it though

For the price and location I can’t conplain. It’s clean, great area, has a microwave and fridge, and a bus stop across the street. The pillows were uncomfortable though, and the desk clerk was never around. I was only there 3 nights, I might buy a pillow nearby but I’d stay here again.

Fair price point with some flaws

Pro -good for the price point -Super close to the American Village. Con -got a washing mashine but no detergent. -the parking below is super tiny, may require to park at a junk yard right behind the building 1(or 2 mins walk from building 2) -charge 1000yen per day for parking -only provided 2 towels for 2 night stay (I got 2 person)

広くて快適

中日ドラゴンズの春季キャンプを見に行くため、北谷にあるこちらの宿に泊まることにしました。 建物は、一般的な単身者用マンションという感じです。キッチンがあり、ガスコンロや冷蔵庫、湯沸しポット完備。洗濯機もあります。トイレはウォシュレット付きです。長期滞在の方には快適だと思います。ただ、フロント機能があるのは、「Mr. Kinjo プレミアムホーム in 北谷Ⅰ」なので、チェックイン、連泊の場合のシーツ交換、朝食など用があるときは、自分で「Ⅰ」に行く必要があります。そういうことが気にならず、広い空間で、自由で快適な滞在をしたい方にはお勧めです。 近隣には、イオン、レストランや居酒屋、アメリカンビレッジがあり、便利です。

金城先生分兩期, 入住的是二期, 地點相當接近美國村, 因此購物和飲食不成問題, 只是泊車位不足, 第一晚因較夜回到旅館, 二期完全沒有空置車位, 幸到一期處詢問, 安排到一期後面一個停車場泊車, 如其他住客的評論, 每日泊要 1000Yen, 若不怕由美國村要行十多分鐘回旅店, 美國村有大量免費車位的。二期沒有接待處, 要到一期辦理, 每天可到接待處換毛巾。 房間雖細小, 但五臟俱全, 尤其浴室和厠所很舒服, 床和枕頭較軟, 有爐具, 但沒有碗碟和煮食用具, 只有兩個杯和一個煲水的壼。
