It’s perfect for short or long stays, I was here for long stay and it is closer to an apartment and I love that! Internet great, big tv, clean spacious area, nice kitchen, big bathroom, great for solo or family!

Staff communication was excellent, washer/dryer ,kitchenette, fridge, rice cooker, cooking utensiles was great to have. Nice sized TV. Walking distance of some restaurants and local bars. Air conditioner was a bit weak (keep door closed to keep the sleeping area cool). Not enough room for a table, akward sitting on the small coach but a nice sized coffee table to eat at (ended up eating standing in the kitchen lot).

So my first room had ants, and the A/C was less then adequate. They moved me and although my A/C was better, it had fly’s and ants! Plus who ever they moved into the room above me was so noisy very late into the night. I am was there for work and would be up at 0430 some times 7 days a week. Also both my rooms were just kinda dirty and smelled a bit. Would not recommend unless you just want to save money.

Overall it was alright. It’s a basic hotel with all you need for a decent price. Wifi dropped after a day and the mattress was firm which isn’t something I personally prefer. About 25 mins walk to the American village.

Be prepared to pay for parking … it doesn’t make sense why they have a parking lot but make you pay for parking , and the sheets were dirty and made me itchy . Pretty sure there were bed bugs

The satellite navigation took us to the wrong place. Please provide what3words location. Also we had no communication on how to access our rooms , the reception was closed and no number available to contact. There was a picture to say press A on phone next to access panel but no phone in sight. This needs updating. We almost had to find alternative accommodation for the first night until another resident was able to help us. Parking was extra. It’s quite far from beech and the supermarket is a good walk. No ironing facility. One of the rooms we booked was very small. They should communicate by WhatsApp.

Great look/location with a few downsides

Great location near American Village. Very new look and amenities. Great shower/bath room! A few downsides. There is limited parking on the ground level and I didn’t find out that it was an additional cost to use the parking spaces. There is no on-site staff and the only way to communicate is via the hotels.com messages they send via email. I tried to email for an additional towel but received no response back. Only basic Japanese channels for the TV. Cable channels available but at additional cost.

We stayed for a month and were very pleased with the property, the area and the local cleaning crew/staff. Our only issue had to do with the check-in process. As there is no front desk, the special instructions specify " If you are planning to arrive after 11 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an access code." Since we were planning to arrive before 11 PM we did not request an access code. We arrived at the hotel about 7:15 PM and were unable to follow the check-in process as the phone outside the lobby area did not connect to any one. We had to call Expedia to get a contact for the hotel staff. That contact turned out to be in Tokyo and they only spoke Japanese. Luckily we had a Japanese speaker traveling with us and were able to get the Tokyo office to provide us with the access code to the front door, our room number and our access code to our room. This problem also happened to three other parties that did not speak Japanese that also were trying to check in when we did. They were lucky as our Japanese speaker was able to call the Tokyo office and work with the staff to check in the other three parties. The next morning the local staff apologized to us. Given the above issue, my recommendation to the company is to fix the phone and my recommendation to guests is to obtain the access code info and room number prior to arriving at the hotel, regardless of the time you plan to check in.

客室は綺麗でしたが、しっかり見ると床(フローリング)が埃がうっすら溜まっていました。ベッドのシーツも穴が空いていたりと所々残念ではありましたが3日間快適に過ごせました。

コンドミ、初めて利用したので、わからなかったですが入り口に電話が置いてあり、駐車場の場所など聞いてみたら、スタッフの方が出てきてくださり、色々と教えてくれました。 部屋で洗濯と乾燥機もあり、便利でした。 トイレもお風呂も綺麗でした。 強いていうならベットの掛け布団が気になりました。洗濯してもいいかもしれません。 キッチン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジあり、調理道具大体揃ってるので晩御飯作って食べれました。 テレビも大きく、YouTubeもみれたので、快適でした✨

La camera è davvero spaziosa e ben curata, la doccia ampia e spaziosa. Tutto molto pulito, anche se un pulitina ai vari componenti di lavatrice ed asciugatrice non guasterebbe. Unica vera pecca è il parcheggio, Alcuni dei parcheggi sono un pò scomodi ausa colonne e altre macchine
