This hotel was a complete disaster, with dirty rooms infested with ants and spider webs, a bathroom that reeked of a foul smell from the faucet, and a parking lot overrun with large rats. To make matters worse, the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful when I reported these issues, showing a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear of it."

"The place is beautiful, the staff didnât speak much English , but they so tried , bless them, Coco and Yasin were so helpful and also the 2 ladies we met at checkout on the 2nd September 2025

Itâs a hotel with kitchen, after spending 3 nights with takeaway , we were just so happy to get a kitchen to cook , there are shops nearby , one just next to the train station , if you want a good picture perfect village , get on the train and go to Annecy for just 5 euro . There is nothing much to see in Annemasse . But this kitchen hotel is lovely , bars, restaurants and Monoprix shop just seconds literally across the hotel "

"This was a great property with lots of space and great touches. We truly enjoyed our time in Annemasse. The only down-side is that it is farther outside of Geneva than we expected but that's not the apartment's fault."
