"Lovely hotel with beautiful location on the lake. It's a bit outside on Montreux, but they kindly provided free bus travel which runs every 10 minutes from a bus stop right outside the hotel. Rooms and breakfast were all lovely. There is also a pleasant lounge area and outdoor terrace. A good tip is to take the bus from the hote about half way to town and alight at Clarens-Basset. From there there is a promenande all the way into town whuch is a lively 45 minute walk. "

"The hotel feels brand new, and so very clean. There is only 1-2 people working in the reception/bar/breakfast areas at any given time. The coffee machine didn’t work so was difficult to get a coffee as you had to get the attention of this one person who was quite busy and not just tending The breakfast area. "I loved this hotel and loved Montreux! It's a beautiful town (though very expensive, like all of Switzerland). The room was spacious and comfortable with a gorgeous view from the balcony and the bathroom was also spacious. The breakfast was pretty good with decent options. This hotel is on near the end of the Montreux lake-side path so it's a long - but very pleasant - walk to Chateau de Chillon. I love walking though so that was a perk for me. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. "

"The hotel is situated in an excellent location with very good reliable transport links. The staff at de la Rouvenaz were friendly and always accommodating. The rooms were kept to a high cleanliness standard. The attached restaurant offered a good selection on the menu which was very tasty. The next time I come to visit Geneva I will not hesitate to stay here again. "
