"We have stayed at this property twice, lovely, clean,modern and a great host. The house is attached to the owners home which is surrounded by a lovely large garden. There is a double bed upstairs which is a mezzanine. Downstairs has everything you need plus a double sofa bed. We were there for 3 wks and loved being there. Close to Talmont and short drive to beach. "

The inaccuracy of the listing was our main issue - there is no washer or dryer, as listed, and the host (whilst lovely) did want to charge us extra for the towels and bedding (listed as included). "Bon accueil des propriétaires, malheureusement absents durant le séjour. Malheureusement ils n’ont pas demandé de caution. Nous avons taché avec de l’eau les chaises de la cuisine /salle á manger que j’ai mentionnées d’une part á la belle fille visuellement et par message á la propriétaire. Pas de réponse de cette dernière comment la dédommager et á notre départ le fils et la belle fille ont demandé 50 euros pour les 2 chaises. Nous n’avions que 40 euros et notre chéquier était dans une valise...
