"The hotel is impressive from the outside and the inside colors are very nice. However, in our room we were missing a bath towel, tissues and the cups in the bathroom had liquid in them which was not water. We asked for a bath towel and I saw the clerk get one from a laundry basket. When he gave it to us it was damp and appeared dirty.
