Entourage merveilleuse

L‘entourage et le jardin sont très beau. L‘appartement se trouve en sous-sol, alors les salles de bains et la chambre des enfants sont un peu sombre. La lave-vaiselle est beaucoup trop petit pour 6 personnes et ne nettoie pas très bien. Pendant notre première semaine le pool a été bien nettoyé, après malheureusement non plus. La vue du jardin est impeccable et on a fait beaucoup de tours avec nos VTTs et avec la voiture.

Séjour agréable et très calme, très beau paysage

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour mais la configuration est particuliere puisque la maison n'est pas au même niveau que la piscine. La maison est grande, par contre, à l'extérieur, le mobilier manque de confort,un petit salon de jardin apporterait beaucoup. Le paysage est magnifique, la propriété est isolée et donc très calme (l'accès est assez difficile).

Abgesehen von der schoenen, ruhigen Lage des Hauses, der Aussenanlage und dem tollen Ausblick auf die gegenüberliegenden Felsen haben wir einige wesentliche Beanstandungen: 1. die bestellten Handtücher waren unansehnlich.2. die Bettwäsche ebenfalls von minderer Qualität.Für beides haben wir 50 Euro bezahlt.3.die Poolliegen waren zwar für Auflagen vorgesehen, diese fehlten aber; derartige Aussenmöbel eignen sich nicht für Vermietungen.4. einige Küchengeräte waren defekt (Pfannenstiel abgebrochen).5. Sanitär: Toilettendeckel komplett aus der Führung,nur eine Restrolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden (unsere Ankunft war Samstagabend).6.Abrechnung Strom: obwohl wir keine Maschinen und Elektrogeräte benutzt haben, bezahlten wir für eine Woche Euro 19,80! Unser Fazit: diese Kriterien würden uns von einer nochmaligen Buchung abhalten.

Es ist die Einliegerwohnung di...

Es ist die Einliegerwohnung die man mietet. Das muß man wissen, da davor auch keine Terrasse ist. Diese ist entweder am Pool oberhalb vom Haus oder teras. ein Stück vom Haus weg. Die Inneneinrichtung ist nur bedingt nutzbar. Die Kaffeemaschine hat Wasserverloren, vom Backofen (zweigeteilt) ging nur der kleiner Teil und die Spülmaschine ist als solche nicht zu bezeichnen, da nur Teller reingehen. In dem einen Bad geht das Fenster zum Kellerraum und in dem anderen Bad gibt es kein Fenster und keine Lüftung. Ebenso hat die Toilette kein Fenster und keine Lüftung. Die Betreuung fanden wir vor Ort durch die Verwalterin nicht so gut, überall steht, Anreise nach 20.00 Uhr kostet zusätzlich. Die Verwalterin haben wir auch nicht gesehen, dafür Ihre sehr nette Angestellt die leider kein Deutsch und kein Englisch konnte. Bei Anreise war der Pool nicht sauber (auch nicht nur ein paar Blätter von dem Wind) und die Gartenmöbel mußten wir erst putzen. Wir hätten uns noch gewünscht, dass der Kühlschrank angewesen wä. Wenn man das alles weiß, erhält man ein Haus in dem man gut wohnen kann und man hat einen unübertrefflichen Blick vom Pool. Reisetipps: Die Region ist traumhaft und von der Lage her war das das beste Haus das wir je hatten. Südfrankreich ist eine Reisewert und einen Spaziergang nach Chateaudouble können wir sehr empfehlen.

Ausstattung des Hauses leider ...

Ausstattung des Hauses leider teilweise sehr abgenutzt, Kaffeemaschine verliert immer noch Wasser, Geschirr angeschlagen, Staubsauger fällt bald auseinander,defekter Toilettensitz wurde nicht getauscht, trotz Meldung.Schade, dafür ist die Lage des Pools und der Blick vom Pool echt top!!!

Certain aspects of the villa were a little disappointing; the pool was fantastic.

We had a truly lovely holiday; such a beautiful village. The pool, with it’s beautiful views was a real treat. A few aspects of the villa however were a little disappointing: all 3 toilets could have done with a good clean before we arrived, we had 1 toilet roll between 3 toilets, no soap, no bin bag, no tea towel, very dirty shower mat and no bed linen at all(looking through the paperwork this was offered to rent for €25 per person, so was cheaper for us to buy new from the supermarket!) We did however have a lovely holiday, the views from the villa are fantastic, the pool is lovely(and clean), there’s lots of space and the communication/key collecting etc was all very good-we were quite late arriving. Thank you
