Secluded Cottage with Large Garden in Organic Farmland near Montélimar

Welcome! Enjoy a private cottage on a spacious property in the heart of organic farmland, just south of Montélimar. This cozy, detached space offers peace and privacy, yet is close to the city and major roads—only 10 minutes from the A7 south exit. The cottage features a single, tastefully decorated room with all the essentials: WC, shower, wash area, dining space, TV, and a new double bed. Discover a unique, charming place to relax!



As a guest room, everything is arranged for your comfort, whether you’re on vacation or a business trip. You can eat on site and store fresh food in your private fridge. A microwave, French press coffee maker, and kettle are provided.



There’s a hot plate, saucepan, and frying pan, but preparing full meals may be challenging. We recommend bringing dishes to reheat. In the warmer months, a barbecue is available for an extra fee. Outside, you’ll have a private area with a small table and two chairs under the olive trees.



The cottage is non-smoking (even at the window); an ashtray is provided outside.



There are a few chickens on the property, so please keep your pets on a leash upon arrival until their behavior with the chickens is checked. Pets cannot be left alone in the cottage without their owner present.
