"Benefiting from a magnificent view of the green zone that covers the territory of the commune of Valbonne, apartment Numéro 1 is located at the southern end of the commune of Châteauneuf. The rental of a 52m² apartment with a pergola housing a 25m² terrace (6-top table and plastic armchairs) as well as a 250m² private garden, shaded and planted with flowers. The apartment comprises a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom (with king-size bed), a bathroom, a separate toilet, several amenities including high-speed Wi-Fi (for video calls) and a dedicated workspace for home office), a smart TV with streaming services (in all languages). In addition, a Sauna room (6 places) next to the pool with shower and separate toilet and a large terrace of 100m² + a covered area of 70m², 2 private parking spaces and a wood-fired barbecue complete the outdoor equipment. The 70m² infinity pool, its non-aggressive treatment (no salt or chlorine) and counter-current swimming. Public transport is within walking distance. No smoking "in" the apartments, and no pets.
