"Turns out they were closed on the day of our checkin which we were not aware of. We tried to call and no one answered. We finally got a number for emergencies and he gave us the code to the safe with our key. When we got to the place they had not prepared at all. The beds were not made, there was no soap or cleaning items to towels yet checkout required us to wash dishes. The electricity was also off so we had to find the electrical box. The WiFi also didn’t work. When we tried to calll back the emergency number no one answered."

"Excellent hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff, service was excellent and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Customer service in the south of France really is amongst the best in the world. My room was spacious and cool, nice views, hotel facilities were very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Provence. "

"We stayed just for one night prior to a wedding. We were warmly greeted on arrival. There were no problems with language. The room was basic but provided all our needs and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was close to the town square for our evening meal."
