Want a peaceful stay in the mountains? This apartment is made for you! It is located in the heart of the Châtel resort with all amenities and ski lifts accessible in a few minutes on foot. In a very well maintained luxury residence, this property with three main rooms is as follows: a living room with equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, a second small bedroom with a double bed. 120x190 and a bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Baby bed also available. The main room has large openings onto the balcony terrace with a clear view of the village. In addition you will benefit from a closed garage and a ski locker. For your comfort, end-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price. In summer, the Portes du Soleil multipass for 5 people is included and offered in the rental price. Upon arrival, a deposit of €800 per credit card imprint will be required. Pets not allowed, non-smoking accommodation. The apartment has been completely renovated and is tastefully decorated in a mountain spirit with a few touches of modernity. The equipment is also numerous (equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, extractor hood, induction hob, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, etc.). For your comfort, we can also offer you the following additional services to facilitate your stay: - Cancellation insurance at the price of 4.5% of the amount of the stay - Household linen at €25 for a single bed and €50 for a single bed double (includes bed linen, a sheet and a large bath towel and a small bath towel per person, bath mat and kitchen linen) - Beds made on arrival: 10€ for a single bed and 20€ for a double bed. - Booking ski passes with a 10% reduction for a minimum of 3 consecutive days

Good Value Appartment in Chatel

This is a nice little appartment in a good location. It is close to the local shop and restaurants and only a short walk from the super Chatel ski lift and the main bus stop where you can get a bus to the other lifts. It's quite spacious considering the price we paid, some basics toiletries were provided, there is secure storage for skis and the kitchen has most of what you'd need for simple meals. We had 4 adults stay and this was a good size for us. I wouldn't recommend trying to get 2 adults into the smaller bedroom, but the main bedroom and sofa bed were better. The property managers were helpful as we had flights at odd times so they allowed us to pick up and drop off the keys in a dropbox at a time to suit us. They then allowed me to come to the office and pay the deposit and tourist tax at a time that suited me, both of the people I spoke to were very friendly and there was a sweet dog in the office. My only issue was that the listing didn't mention that there was an extra charge for towels and bed linen and a huge checkout cleaning cost, fortunately these are both optional and we were allowed to turn them down but it did mean packing our own towels and cleaning the apartment ourselves on our last day. Overall I would recommend this appartment if you're looking for a decent, cheap stay in Chatel.

Très bel appartement rénové

L'appartement est joli, fonctionnel, beaux matériaux, bien équipé. Par contre il faut marcher un peu loin pour prendre le bus. La 2eme chambre est un peu petite pour un couple, convient mieux pour des enfants
