Pool and large yard!

  • North Chatham home with a large yard and a lovely pool. The large front room is perfect for reading or watching TV, playing games or just hanging out. There are four bedrooms: a king bed, a queen, bunk beds and twin and 2 twins. There is also a sun room with a spectacular stained glass window separating it from the dining room and has a window ac unit to keep it cool on those hot summer days. The large kitchen has a spot to eat in, and a spot to relax while some one cooks, there is also a window ac unit for those hot summer day. The large yard and in-ground pool (not heated) with unenclosed outdoor shower are perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, Gas barbecue, 6 TVs, WIFI and central air in the great room and on the second floor will keep you cool and comfortable. Dog friendly, ask your agent for details--$150 fee will apply. Also provided: a "Welcome Bag" with paper and cleaning products in a reusable tote compliments of the owner. It was a great location. The house was pretty old but ok for Being old. It was just very unkept outside. The pictures made it seem much better. I always rate all Of my other stays all 5s. This place did not live up to expectations. It was too expensive for that level of a house. It needs a good hard landscaping outside. But we are still were very happy to be located there

Beautiful rustic property, enhances the Cape Cod charm, relaxing pool and patio area, nice location!

The house was beautiful, with an old Cape Cod charm, very nice decor. The pool is definitely a plus. The kitchen was stocked well(although we bought our own stuff).They were nice to leave us some firewood and we had a firepit going one of the nights. Great location, close to everything.On the flip side, the house was a bit too old and we had to arrange for our own linens.Overall a great experience,had a nice 2 night stay with friends, the kids had a blast in the pool.

Wonderful week in Cape Cod

Kudos to a great home for me and my three children to have our August vacation! The house was better than what I expected. It was bigger, nicer and had many thoughtful elements. And let's not forget the pool, which was so much fun! We loved it all.

Historical feel and comfortable home. Perfect location for all fun things, pool a plus! Tight upstairs and squeaky floors, but decor was very beachy! We all enjoyed the week. Kitchen well equipped and updated.
