Maid service was dodgy. One day our room wasn't attended to at all, apparently due to shortness of staff. Parking lot really needs rehabilitation. Stricter management needed - During breakfast, the small breakfast area and food counters were bombed by 12 very noisy non resident friends of a resident celebrating his birthday. Happy birthday but do it elsewhere. Lobby staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Trying to use the TV was very frustrating. Really needs improvement.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were always willing to go the extra mile to be sure you had everything you needed. Our biggest issue was we were led to believe there was a working outdoor pool for us to enjoy in the middle of July. When we arrived we learned the pool hadn’t been working over 18 months but the hotel is still advertised with a pool

Smelled like it used to be a smoking room

Every room smelled like a smoking room. It was old and dated. I booked it because it was rated 8/10. This is not an 8/10 hotel. Dated and smelled like smoke.

This was our second stay and it was a great stay. We got a king bed and it was nice and comfy. We got a littlw welcome bag this time with a bottle of water, small bag of chips and a granola bar which was a nice surprise.
