"The property was under renovation whilst this was not communicated to us before our stay. This was not an inconvenience but we would have chosen a different property should we have known. We were told by staff that this was the case for the past year and looks like it needs more time to finish! Having said this this hotel is super centrally located and very convenient close to amenities. The photos on hotels.com are nothing close to reality especially given the renovation being undertaken Hot water in the shower is warm at best!"

For this particular place, we had trouble finding it because none of the communications from either Hotels.com or the hotel actually told us how to get there from the airport or train station. The staff were very nice and professional and worked very hard. The hotel could use more employees because you see the same indispongo a lot of different things."
