"Staff is super helpful. I was able to get early check in and late check out. There is a grocery store next door and the hotel is close to the Metro Station. Rooms seem to be newly remodeled and are a decent size for Paris. Drawback is the noise. You can hear people in nearby rooms, bathroom noises, elevator, etc. And since it’s in a courtyard, all the noise travels to the room. Also, you can’t adjust the heat for the room. So you need to open the window and hear all the noise from outside (the courtyard)."

"i booked the hotel for 3 nights, we arived late in the afternoon, busy at check in , i think due to beeing a good hotel, my son was tired after a long trip , we was updated for executive room, excellent 1 bedroom and 1 living room with 2 bathrooms, recently renovated, bed was comfy , clean everywhere. Good location with a lot of very good restaurants around, we tried few of them -exellent, 5 min away from metro and bus , quick conection to Disneyland. The hotel looking beautiful, nice coffees sitting areas. We had breakfast included due beeing with a small child, you can find everything at breakfast, very large area with a lot if tables, clean, a lot of options, i cant remember the ladies names from breakfast but all was lovely. Also hotel is in very safe location, we come late in the nights with a small child, felt very safe, reception open all time and staff security present in hallway . we didn't encounter any issues, we been before to Paris but this is from far a good hotel. we definetly will come back . Also my son enjoyed the robot cleaner. Thank you for my upgrate and for a perfect stay"

"We had a great stay at the Melia. However there are some issues I would like to address. The ceiling/ wall in the bathroom had plaster and wall paper that was falling apart. I took pictures and addressed it with the staff and was informed by Jemmina that the hotel was fully booked and that she would send a person to repair it, but the person never came nor were we compensated for this inconvenience. Day 2 we came into the room to found clean folded towels on the bathroom floor, and I had to request fresh ones. The doorman at the rooftop lounge was extremely rude, but the bartender remembered me from earlier in the day and was more than accommodating. Other than those issues, the frontdesk staff was very friendly and they also sent a sweet treat and handwritten note to celebrate my niece's birthday. "

"Great location, a few steps away from Chateau de Versailles and the RER station. All the staff at the reception and room service were warm and very helpful. Breakfast was good with enough variety though they will be generally similar day to day. The balcony feature in my room is nothing to write home about, as there is no view worth staying out or opening the windows for (still appreciated for good air circulation and natural light). Good addition to have access to a sauna (go on early or very late) . Overall, will recommend for the great location and value. "
