"Elevators hardly worked, rooms showing age. Staff nice, pool great. Restaurants fantastic. The location is fine, but record numbers of homeless and mentally ill walking the streets. Be safe after dark. Super noisy due to Hollywood Boulevard being used as a racetrack. "

Two young men at front desk turned their backs on me and walked away as I approached them in obvious need of assistance. They could use a little training in public relations. They need to be reminded that their only purpose for being employed there is to take care of the client's needs. "

"Very Clean , accommodating people. Bed was very comfortable to sleep with, although there was 4 pillows, they are small , i wish it was a standard size but they’re soft and comfortable. Overall it was pretty comfortable had a good sleep."
