Everything was so clean, staff went above and beyond. We booked here to go to universal & there is a shuttle that runs every 15 min, but the park is also a short 10 min walk! I would highly recommend this place "

"Clean,comfortable room with exceptional service. Enjoyed the free shuttle service offered to Universal Studios. Metro to downtown and grocery store to stock up fridge are a short (15-20 min) walk away. Microwave is available on request for small fee. Breakfast was a quick phone call and pickup(can be delivered for a fee). Would recommend and stay again. "
