"The staff was uniformly excellent—efficient, very pleasant and welcoming! Our interactions included the front desk staff and breakfast rom staff. All were excellent. Lovely, well-managed breakfast room, delicious food, nice variety.
The only shortcomings had to do with physical things—the noise isolation, for example. We were somewhat bothered by noise in adjacent rooms, upstairs, and outside. More insulation and/or white noise generators are needed. Also, the charging dock/clock was pretty useless. A manual or instructions are needed, and the clock was unlighted and not useful at all at night.
But our stay was very pleasant, thanks to the extremely pleasant ambience created by the staff."
