"We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We often rent on Lake Talquin and this is by far our favorite thus far. The outdoor spaces are wonderful- very shady with breathtaking views of lake. Boathouse is great. Very close to well maintained boat ramp. We enjoyed the outdoor shower. Kitchen and LR smaller than average but still plenty of room for us as typically while men were watching TV we were in kitchen. "The directions to the farm could have been clearer but the way was hampered because of tornadoes having hit the area just the week before. I would have liked hearing from the owner the day of the storm when she knew of the downed trees and power lines and huge ruts in the driveway that would cause some vehicles much difficulty getting through, mine included.
